State Congress President Ajay Rai said that only Congress is fighting for the rights of the deprived. Rahul Gandhi is constantly raising the voice of Dalits, minorities and backward people in the House. The party will fight for the rights of the poor by taking to the streets in every district of the state. He was addressing the membership ceremony held at the party office on Sunday.
Rai said that many people are joining the party after being influenced by the policies of Congress and its inclusive ideology. He said, under the leadership of retired PCS officer Shriprakash from Prayagraj and Engr. Pramod Kumar Singh from Bulandshahr, the honour and respect of those who join will never be harmed. Every person who joins the party believes in the constitution, that is why he is joining Congress. Vice President and in-charge administration Dinesh Singh also addressed the function. Jaikant Shukla, Dinesh Dwivedi, Nanhe Pandey, Deepak Kumar, Khemchand, Rakesh and Pradeep are the main people who joined Congress.
Emphasis on the organization’s vibrancy and cohesion
In the meeting of frontal organizations held at the state Congress headquarters, the organization’s activism and harmony was emphasized. The officials were appealed to go among the public and raise their problems. State President Ajay Rai, who was presiding over the meeting, reviewed the work of the frontal organizations. Suggestions were also taken from the officials. It was decided that cases of women harassment will be raised prominently. Street plays will be performed on inflation and unemployment.
